Over the past decade, I’ve worked across business operations, partner strategy, and program execution in high-growth tech environments. Whether leading post-acquisition spinouts, launching new partner functions from scratch, or acting as a cross-functional operator during major pivots, I specialize in aligning people, processes, and priorities.
I’m currently exploring new full-time opportunities where I can bring my strategic mindset, collaborative energy, and love of clean execution to a team solving meaningful problems.

Understand what the customer actually needs to accomplish. What goals are driving their decisions? What outcomes define success for them? Map those goals to clear workflows, scalable tools, and collaborative engagement. Build feedback loops that surface insights early. Don’t just provide service—create an experience that accelerates time-to-value, reduces friction, and supports sustainable growth.
Program Design & Partner Strategy
Building scalable systems people want to use.
Understand what makes a program sustainable. What does success look like—for internal teams and external partners? Identify repeatable patterns, define the backbone processes, and make space for flexibility where it counts. Pilot it. Test it. Improve it. Then scale it with documentation, training, and intentional team design.

Getting teams moving in the same direction.
Great strategy means nothing without alignment. Who needs to be in the loop? Who’s actually doing the work? Build trust through transparency and clarity. Translate between product, sales, customer success, and partners. Navigate ambiguity without creating confusion.
