Do you ship to where I live?
​
Yes! I ship world wide. For destinations outside of the US as well as any questions- please reach out to me via the contact page.
Note: art destined for locations outside the US: buyers are responsible for any customs/import taxes that may apply on shipments. I am not responsible for delays due to customs.
Are the Colors in the Photos Accurate?

Photos have been edited to appear as close to the original as possible. Your monitor may affect how the image appears on your screen.

Where Should I Hang My New Art?​
​
If possible, hang your artwork in shadier spots away from direct sunlight. If the perfect place for your piece is a sunny corner, consider working with a frame specialist about placing your artworks behind UV-protected glass.
​
Rooms that have frequent or wide changes in temperature or humidity can be damaging to original paintings over time. When considering where to hang your new pieces, consider how the artwork will hold up with the conditions in that room.
​
Also consider sources of heat like fireplaces, radiators, heaters may cause discoloration or warping.
​
How Do I Care for my New Original Painting?
​
To care for your original painting, dust it with a soft brush. Do not use any chemicals on the piece to clean it, as they will interact with the paint and/or medium.

How Much Does Shipping Cost?
​
Shipping is free for stationary and prints. Original Paintings are free for local pick up or an additional cost based on the size of the original. Shipping costs are displayed for each piece at checkout.
​
Local pickup in Lakewood Colorado is an option at checkout.

What is your Return Policy for Prints?
​
If you’re not completely satisfied, please reach out to me via email or my contact page to arrange a return within 7 days of delivery of prints. Returns & exchanges are subject to a 20% re-stocking fee plus return shipping charges.

What is your Return Policy for Original Paintings?
Don’t love your new original painting? If the original painting doesn't satisfy your needs or taste in person, you have 7 business days from receipt of the artwork to notify info@kellyfrappierart.com and initiate a return in its original packaging.
​
All shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the buyer. All returns will be refunded the costs of the work minus shipping and are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Refunds will be credited within 7 days of receipt of the returned original.

After 7 days of the receipt, I am unable to offer refunds or exchanges.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
I am not able to offer refunds or exchanges in the following cases:
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to Kelly Frappier Larson error.
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Sale Items: Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
For artworks that arrived damaged we ask for a photo of the damage to be provided so that the artist can learn more about what went wrong with their particular shipment.
